This saddlebag and fender set is brand new, never mounted.  They come in a gel coat with a coat of primer.  This set comes with the bags and a stretched rear fender cover. Lids are not included but be you can use Harley original or aftermarket lids.  
There have dual cut outs for your pipe.
This is a custom Down -n- Out model that is sure to turn heads! 
You will need to mock-up, fill, sand, prep, prime & paint before installing. 
These are not a finished product!  
We recommend having these installed by a professional.
You get exactly what you see.  These do not include any hardware.  
All Items are made in high quality hand laid fiberglass, not junk plastic!  These are much better quality than plastic ABS parts.
Slight modifications may have to be made for during mockup on your model bike but they fit '89 - '13 Touring Harley Davidson Motorcycles without any problem.
